A Candidate may opt to either appear for .NET Framework 2.0 exams or 1.1 exams. If he chooses to go for .Net Framework 1.1 examinations then he may achieve MCAD and/or MSCD certification as per the earlier certification track. Whereas if he goes for .NET Framework 2.0 exams then he may achieve one or more MCTS certifications.
